I am not sure WHICH driver this is failing on. The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation. I created Windows 10 Installation Media and it seems to go through the motions but I see the following error after multiple system initiated reboots. I have tried Window 10 Update Troubleshooter - No dice. I have tried following the WSUS Troubleshooting but still no dice. The upgrade process goes through the motion but fails in the end and when I use Winver it is still version 1511. I have tried the traditional path using Feature update to Windows 10, version 20H2. I am trying to upgrade Windows 10 Version 1511 to 20H2.
